Run Model Forge with confidence

Nine ready-made projects where GCSE and A-level pupils build, train and test real AI in the browser: from k-nearest neighbours to chatbots, computer vision, attention, reinforcement learning and real Python. No virtual machines, nothing to install, and no specialist AI knowledge needed: the training below takes about 55 minutes.

1 How it works

Class tokens

Use the class tokens you already make for Revision Forge (each pupil gets one, with a nickname, no names). Pupils type it once and their progress saves to Lessonsmith.

Runs in the browser

Every model trains on the pupil's own device, so any school computer or Chromebook works. There's no server time to pay for, and nothing pupils type leaves the device apart from their progress.

One step at a time

Each project is 5 or 6 short steps: read, try it, a quick check and a written answer. Pupils can't skip the checks, and "💡 Stuck?" help is on every step.

You see progress

The table below shows each pupil's steps done and quick checks right first time, so you can spot who needs help and who's ready for the next project.

2 Run a live lesson

Pupils join with a code (no token needed). You see each pupil's step, can pause the class or bring everyone to a step.

3 Class progress

Make or reuse class tokens in Revision Forge → Class tokens. The same tokens work here.

4 Projects, lesson plans and answers

Each project fills one lesson of about 50 minutes. The right answers to the quick checks are shown in gold.

5 Teacher training

Seven short modules. Tick each one off as you go: your ticks are saved on this device.
